Despite being a terrible cook myself, I thought this would be good to book based on the previous reviews. I was not dissapointed. Nidhi is very patient and teaches everything so clearly. You also get a recipe card to take away.

We had a wonderful morning cooking with Nidhi. The food was delicious and we learnt some important lessons like not to cook rice in a saucepan!

My sister and I bought this as a gift for our brothers 50th birthday gift. Spent today in the beautiful home of Nidhi learning all about Indian cuisine, how to get the most out of the spices and where the food originates from. An absolutely amazing experience and would highly recommend. Thank you

As my boyfriend had got more interested in cooking over the last year I bought us both a place on Nidhi's cookery class. The whole morning was a great experience- from the initial chai tea to sitting down to eat our Indian dishes at the end. Every aspect of the cooking was explained in an interesting way and everyone had the chance to get involved. Thank you Nidhi for hosting us at your home, we would definitely recommend.

What a brilliant morning! Detailed and excellent advice on how to cook each element of the dish. Who knew that properly cooked onions and tomatoes make such a difference to a dish? All the food created was heavenly ... given that rice can be bland the rice dish we created was of the scale. I polished off the remainder rice not through hunger but simply because it tasted so delicious.
