Looking to relax at the end of a long week?

Research on meditation has shown that this practice generates significant benefits which include:

Each week we will explore a particular topic and understand how we can connect with this using the practice of meditation.

Using the breath we will enter a deep state of relaxation followed by a guided inner journey. We will use a mix of guided visualisations and mantras to keep the mind focused.

The class will run for approximately 50mins.

Prepare to come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

We will be running the classes on Zoom, so you will need to download the latest version. Please ignore the location details on the description. Once you have booked the class we will send you a link to join the class. Please make sure you have booked at least an hour before the class starts to give us sufficient time to send the information to you.
