Looking to relax at the end of a long day….

Research on meditation has shown that this practice generates significant benefits which include:

Each week we will explore a particular topic and understand how we can connect with this using the practice of meditation.

Using the breath we will enter a deep state of relaxation followed by a guided inner journey. We will use a mix of guided visualisations and mantras to keep the mind focused.

The class will run for approximately 50mins.

Prepare to come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Please arrive promptly at 6pm, as we will have a strict no entry policy once the meditation starts. Just buzz the Still Point buzzer when you arrive so we can let you into the venue.
