Immerse yourself in the calm and meditative process of Yin Yoga. Held in atmospheric candlelight this restoring yoga session will help you to release any stagnated energy, as well as helping to improve flexibility, relaxation and general well-being.
As you lie to rest in your final savasna after the 40 minute yin yoga practice you will be guided on a musical journey by Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. The sound vibrations will tickle your gi and release any stagnated energy and waken you deep within your chakras. Leave feeling nourished and relaxed.
All classes, unless otherwise stated, are open to all levels so while some experience of yoga is welcome it isn't essential.
