The physically demanding sport of water polo requires a high level of fitness, and everyone must be a proficient swimmer. The training is a combination of fun water polo dryland workouts & comprehensive swimming workout programs.

We welcome players of all levels to this extremely fun and addicting sport. Be prepared to work hard... and no, there are no horses in the water.
