Shakira has been working within the health and fitness industry for over four years from teaching children's fitness sessions to adult's tailored 1:1 personal training sessions. Having been on her own fitness journey she realised to make health and fitness goals realistic and achievable exercise needed to be enjoyable, fun and work you to levels that you thought couldn't be possible.
