Come to learn dance routines from music videos, get some exercise into your busy day and of course meet new people.
It is for you, if you always wanted to start dancing, but thought it is not for you. If there is a spark in you that wish to come out with the sound of the music on the dance floor. Bring in your inner dancing queen and we will let her loose.
This is a physical activity class, so we expect you to sweat a little or a lot. We would not push you into things, just guide you on how to progress and get better.
I know dancing sometimes can be intimidating, but the only way to move the way you want - is to start doing it. Just come to the class and let yourself be, we don\'t judge. You will be surprised how far you can get with just coming to class regularly.
