4. How to match pasta and sauce.
5. The best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente.

This is a fantastic pasta making class. Silvana was amazing and really knew her stuff. I am half Italian and she taught me things I never knew about pasta!She was very entertaining and made it a thoroughly interesting and fun evening. At the end you get to eat the dish you have lovingly prepared, and it tasted amazing. Will be re-booking to come back with my family.
