Description

We will jump straight into the basics of pasta making. We'll talk about pasta making methods both by hand and by machine and we'll go through making tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch step by step by machine. Learn all the tips and techniques to get started with your very own pasta making!

We will provide a light refreshment during the class. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Bring a tupperware so you can take some tasty treats home with you.
