I had an amazing morning at the Borough Kitchen Jams & Pickles class on Thursday with Fran Warde. She was very generous with her knowledge & allowed me plenty of hands on time. She was also terrific about any likes or dislikes I had, taking them into account in the recipes. We made a couple of jams - one sugar-free, a chutney & some kimchi - all of which I am really looking forward to trying. If you get the chance to try one of the cooking courses here - go for it!

Nidhi is super hands on with her cooking skills. When your holding the knife wrong, she will stop to correct you. When you do not pronounce the name of the ingredient (because it is in Indian), she will stop to correct you. Her approach is refreshing and cooking delicious!
