Working with a knife guru, come along and learn to correctly & safely handle your knives; classic French cuts using a chefs knife, paring knife, boning knife & mandolin, focusing on vegetables and poultry & prepare a meal to enjoy afterwards.
Special focus will be given to the variety of knives, posture of your hand and building confidence in using them.
Our Applied Knife Techniques workshop is for beginners and at-home chefs looking to refine their technique in best way possible! It's also just really good fun.

We offer a range of courses for all skill levels. Led by our trained chefs, the Cook Schools use Borough Kitchen's incredible range of best-of-the-best cookware. Class sizes are limited to 8-10 participants, who will work with a chef and sous-chef. Everything is hands-on to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
