Welcome to the pragmatics of realising abundance. There is a surefire way of attracting abundance. We cannot approach it in a willy nilly way, hoping yet unable to realise our hopes and dreams. The ancients established ways of intending and realising their dreams. Ena and Gammadian have learned ancient practices through their travels in India, Asia and S.America. They present these practices in a modern context relevant for 21st century living. In this session we build energy, write and share our dreams and the strategies to realise them and then lie down, for a guided visualisation, to plant it deep into the psyche.

BYOB Ultimate Pottery Experience

Great experience!! From beginning to end, get to make your own clay pot and paint it, as well as pick something already made to paint! - very relaxing, friendly atmosphere. The teacher is lovely, chatty, helpful and welcoming! We were running a bit late so emailed beforehand to which we got a quick reply saying it was fine! Would definitely recommend to others! To do with a friend or a group of friends who want to try something new, or just have a relaxed evening! Thanks again

Absolutely amazing, so glad I chose to do this with Sampada. She was really friendly and helpful. Small classes in a lovely studio overlooking the canal. 3 hours is the perfect amount of time, any less would have been way to rushed. Can make mugs/plates/bowls/models or whatever you want. Thanks so much!
